My name is Andrew I own and run The Good Marketing Co. A branding agency dedicated to telling the untold stories of health and wellness brands.
I recently hired 3 people to my agency and whilst there were hundreds of great applicants there are some things that I think my experience can help you with.
I have applied for over 400 jobs in my 15-year career.
For the last 3 roles, I hired I looked at and studied over 360 applications, CVs, portfolios and LinkedIn profiles.
I have run employment programmes with the CIM, DeMontfort, Goldsmiths, Kent Business School.
At previous agencies, I have hired 14 members of staff and conducted countless interviews.
I know how agencies work and I can share my insights to help you get a job.
